11th Hour Technology has come about due to a continuing lack of decent information and organisation regarding underground music on the web, a tragedy for scene which pioneered internet use. Started in mid-1999, 11th Hour is the result of a collaboration between 3 London-based DJs and producers, Matt Chester, Simon Chester and Alex Ioannides. Our aim is to provide a simple, easily downloadable site containing the necessary resources for anyone interested in moving forward within the underground scene, a one-stop station from which all arms of the industry can be reached.
